Monticello Community Surgery Center (MCSC) is a licensed multispecialty outpatient surgery center. MCSC is a Medicare and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) credentialed facility.

MCSC opened in August 2003 as Martha Jefferson Outpatient Surgery Center (MJOSC) as a 50:50 partnership between a group of physicians and Martha Jefferson Hospital.

In August 2012, after Martha Jefferson Hospital sold themselves to Sentara, the physician members redeemed the hospital shares and our name was changed to Monticello Community Surgery Center.
